Membership Plan and Price

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase.

    • After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

  2. Cancellation Process:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.

  3. Non-Refundable Services:

    • Fees for any additional services or products purchased separately from the membership plan are non-refundable.

Project Investment

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Full refunds are available if you withdraw from a project within 30 days of your investment.

    • Partial refunds (50%) are available if you withdraw between 31-60 days after investment.

    • No refunds are issued after 60 days of the investment date.

  2. Withdrawal Process:

    • To withdraw from a project and request a refund, contact our support team at anoopavatar@outlook.com with your investment details.

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your withdrawal request.

  3. Non-Refundable Investments:

    • Investments made in projects that have reached completion or have been operational for more than 60 days are non-refundable.

Franchise Store Investment

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Full refunds are available if you cancel your franchise agreement within 45 days of signing the contract.

    • Partial refunds (70%) are available if you cancel between 46-90 days of signing the contract.

    • No refunds are issued after 90 days from the signing date.

  2. Cancellation Process:

    • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

  3. Non-Refundable Fees:

    • Any fees related to training, setup, or other initial costs incurred prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
